"Greetings in the name of our Lord!
I hope that you all have had a very joyful Christmas Day filled with love and peace. You all have again overwhelmed me with all of the love shared through the Christmas cards that my family has received. We have never had anything close to the outpouring of love and we are eternally grateful. From our hearts to yours, we say THANK YOU!! Please accept our sincere gratitude for every card, kind word and loving embrace.
I would like for our prayer focus this week to be for God's will for 2019. Many exciting events took place in 2018 and we would like to hang on to them. There are other moments that we would prefer to forget ever took place. Whatever your perspective on the year that is rapidly coming to a close, now is a great time to make peace with your yesterdays and look with faith and hope to the dawning of a new year. I encourage you to take inventory of all that you keep in your heart's storage and, with wisdom from the Holy Spirit, decide what you need to keep and what you need to let go of. We must not allow anything from the past to weigh us down from seeking God's will for the future!!
I Love You, Aint a Thang You can Do About It!!
